Introduction<br><br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms of Service (\u201cTerms\u201d) outline the agreement between <strong>Oz Pro Web Services<\/strong> (\u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d) and the client (\u201cyou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d) for Domain Registration and Transfer, Domain Email, Site Design and related one-off and\/or ongoing Managed Services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms, and to act in good faith and in a timely manner.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-01f05f0fe7e952851d2bd340405b31b4\">2. Services Provided*<br><br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We provide site design and development services as agreed, including (where applicable):<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personalised consulting for site requirements, layout and design, both custom and templates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Content publishing, including Image Design and Editing including Image Manipulation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic Managed Services to provide site administration, billing and technical assistance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service Level Agreements (SLA) covering Response Times and Uptime Guarantees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobile responsiveness for On-Premises Installations\/Troubleshooting in the Canberra Region.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*Additional services not listed or not agreed and included in any quote may incur extra fees.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6236c6f9d78c37f593f89fd54b7ae00a\">3. Client Responsibilities*<br><br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You agree to:<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide all agreed content including text, images, logos, etc. in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all content supplied is owned by you or properly licensed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to communication and feedback requests within reasonable timeframes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review\/Approve project work at key stages to confirm client satisfaction and project direction.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*Delays in providing requested\/agreed content or approvals may extend project timelines.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-65ea59444f1f14b2eff560c3f222914b\">4. Payments<br><br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A deposit of <strong>10%<\/strong> may be required before work begins on more complex projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Milestone payments are due as agreed for client projects (Default Tax Invoice Terms are 7 Days).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project progress may pause if payments are overdue, where no variation has been agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All agreed payments are non\u2011refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-539772443beb45bdcf1dd41003c4c7e3\">5. Revisions<br><br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Projects involving design or more creative\/subjective decisions include up to <strong>3<\/strong> rounds of revisions unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions or major changes to the agreed original project brief may incur extra charges.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-286c7bb2a5f97adcc10b3ee612a8d78a\">6. Ownership &amp; Intellectual Property<br><br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You continue to own all final website content and assets you provide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We retain ownership of all custom design\/concepts, code, and development until full payment of the final project Tax Invoice is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Following full payment, you receive a perpetual licence to use the completed site for your business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We may showcase the completed site, with a basic description, in our site Projects page portfolio.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fde172ad865d34e244b700c97b59bda1\">7. Third\u2011Party Services<br><br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If your project requires third\u2011party services (hosting, domains, plugins, etc.):<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are responsible for associated fees unless otherwise agreed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We are not liable for outages, changes, or issues caused by third\u2011party providers.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6d8997b28fbf592d7ccbd55a93c43dd5\">8. Site Launch &amp; Post\u2011Launch Support<br><br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the site is approved and launched:<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any bugs or errors reported within <strong>7 days<\/strong> will be fixed at no extra cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support\/recurring fees will be agreed.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-389ed6b5dec79d3f04bcbb1dc9e2443e\">9. Limitation of Liability<br><br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We are not liable for:<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from site use or downtime.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security breaches or external hacking reasonably beyond our control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issues caused by third\u2011party services or client\u2011installed software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the project.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8b303d0a787dbf1586b8cc5208af50e2\">10. Termination<br><br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Either party may terminate the project in writing. If terminated:<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must agree to pay for all work completed in good faith up to the termination date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deposits are non\u2011refundable.<br><br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-luminous-vivid-orange-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-03ca8a0cd64068673ea95e240fb7119c\">11. Amendments<br><br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We may update these Terms from time to time.
